Minoo is a Strategy & Operations executive, Fractional COO, advisor and leadership coach with more than 15 years of experience helping companies navigate growth and transformation.
Her experience spans SaaS and technology, consumer businesses, financial services, strategy consulting, and venture and growth environments — a career that has consistently operated at the intersection of strategy and execution.
She has worked with founders, CEOs, management teams and investors to build scalable organizations, lead transformations and translate strategic ambition into operating reality.
Her approach combines analytical rigor with a strong understanding of leadership, organizational dynamics and human behavior.
